I’m very proud to follow my father into the executive search industry.  My father “Jim Jinright” founded JRJ & Associates a DFW executive search firm back in the 90’s.  We loved to discuss business, history and politics as we had many shared interest.  I took the path of an entrepreneur with a background in finance, marketing and eventually technology.  My father started at an agency in the 80’s, worked internal recruiting for EDS and TI, then eventually founded JRJ & Associates.

The last five years I’ve worked for a regional search firm and have enjoyed every minute of it.  Like my father in the search industry, I quickly learned that life is all about relationships.  It is a dream come true to follow my father’s path as a 2nd generation search practitioner into JRJ & Associates.  Our company is based on a moral compass that’s focused on doing the right things for our clients and candidates.
